My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very large, impeccably clean, and modern, making them lovely to stay in. The service was top-notch, with accommodating and responsive staff making my experience wonderful. The location was exceptional, right in the midst of everything, close to public transportation, and convenient to many areas. The dining experience, although below average, had some high-calorie options and an unappealing breakfast. The facilities were well-maintained and offered all the necessary amenities.
The hotel has its ups and downs. While the rooms were oddly shaped and lacked certain comforts like a comforter, the location is incredibly convenient for downtown Bethesda business. The in-hotel dining is a bit on the expensive side, but the service was very nice. The access to in-house facilities and the upcoming Starbucks add value to the stay.
